And when the punishment has been deserved by them, We will bring out for them a creature from the earth, it will speak to them that the people have been unaware regarding Our revelations

When the verdict is given against them, We shall bring a creature out of the earth, which will tell them that people had no faith in Our revelations

And when the Word (of punishment) is fulfilled against them, We shall bring out for them a beast from the earth, which will speak to them because people did not believe in Our Verses

And when the word shall come to be fulfilled concerning them, We shall bring forth a beast of the earth speaking unto them, that the people have not of Our signs been convinced

When the sentence will have been passed against them, We shall bring forth beastly brutes from the earth who will torment them, for men certainly do not believe Our signs

When the command (their own Doomsday [death] or the time prior to the general Doomsday) reaches them, We will produce a dabbah from the earth (a talking form from the earth [the body] during the experience of parting from the body, i.e. death) which will tell them that man had no certainty in Our signs (they were unable to observe the qualities of the Names that comprise their being)!”

And when the word will fall upon them, We shall bring forth for them out of the earth a beast that shall talk to them, because the people had not believed in Our signs.

When the Word is justly carried out against them, We will produce a Beast from the earth which will speak to them. Truly mankind had no certainty about Our Signs.

When the time for the fulfillment of the word (of punishment) about them comes, We will bring forth for them a living creature from the earth who will speak to them – that people have no certainty of faith in Our signs and Revelations

And when the word [of judgement] falls upon them, We shall bring out for them an Animal from the earth who shall speak to them that the people had no faith in Our signs

And when the judgment becomes due against them (-the unjust) We shall bring forth for them a (grossly) materialistic person which will rule over them (and also an insect which shall wound them to cause plague). That is because the people did not have firm faith in Our Messages

When the Word falls on them, We shall bring forth for them out of the earth a beast that shall speak unto them: 'Mankind had no faith in Our signs.

And when the word (of punishment) happens to them, We bring out a creature from the earth for them, telling them that people were not sure of Our signs.

When the time comes, I (God) will order an earthly beast to give them a speech about their disbelief

And when the word is proven against them, we will produce from the earth a creature to face them. He will speak to them because humanity did not believe with assurance in Our signs

And when (is) fulfilled the word against them We will bring forth for them a creature from the earth speaking to them that the people were of Our Signs not certain

And when the Statement (about the final destruction of this world) got issued in their presence, We brought forth to them a Daabbah from within the earth; she will talk to them (to make them realise their state) because mankind believed not with certainty in Our Ayaat

And when the saying fell on them, We will bring out a moving creature for them from the earth that will speak to them, that: Humanity had not been certain of Our signs.

And when the time to execute Our command (of torment) against them comes, We shall bring out for them from the earth a beast who will converse with them because people do not have certitude in Our signs

When the time arrives for Our prophecy to come true, We will cause a beast to emerge from the earth and address them. Indeed, people did not believe Our signs (with certainty)

And when the sentence falls upon them we will bring forth a beast out of the earth that shall speak to them, (and say) that, 'Men of our signs would not be sure.

And when the Word (promise) appears upon them, We shall bring forth for them a beast from the earth to speak to them - because the people were not accepting faith in Our signs. (This beast will rise from the earth, when the Last Day draws near.

And when the word will come down upon them, We will bring forth for them a beast from the earth. It will speak to them saying, “The humankind were not in certitude about Our signs.”

When the sentence shall be ready to fall upon them, We will cause a beast to come forth unto them from out of the earth, which shall speak unto them: Verily men do not firmly believe in our signs

And when the word is fulfiled against them We will bring forth a beast out of the earth (gross materialism?) that shall speak to (or wound) them, because mankind had not faith in Our revelations

And when the Word falls on them, We will bring out from the earth a beast that shall speak to them: 'Indeed the people were not certain of Our verses.

And when the Word (of torment) is fulfilled against them, We shall bring out from the earth a beast to them, which will speak to them because mankind believed not with certainty in Our Ayat (Verses of the Quran and Prophet Muhammad SAW)

Whenever the Sentence prevails against them, We shall bring forth a monster from the earth for them who will speak to them, because mankind has not been convinced by Our signs.

When the doom shall be ready to light upon them, we will cause a monster to come forth to them out of the earth, and cry to them "Verily men have not firmly believed our signs."

When the Word is fulfilled against them, We shall bring forth for them from the earth a beast. He will be able to speak to them because humanity did not believe with assurance in Our signs.

And when the time for the fulfilment of Our Word against them will come, We shall bring forth for them a beast from the earth who will speak to them because people did not believe in Our Signs

And when the word comes to pass against them, We shall bring forth for them a creature from the earth that will speak to them, because people did not believe in Our messages

And when the word becomes incumbent on them, We will bring out for them a living creature from the earth which will speak to them because mankind was not sure of Our signs

And when the word gets fulfilled about them, We shall bring out for them a creature from the earth, which will tell them that mankind had no real faith in Our Verses/signs. @ @ My undedrstanding of this Verse is that it applies to modern man's unabashed gobbling up of the theory of evolution. Protagonists of this theory assert that mankind evolved itself from lower forms of life through processes of natural selection and survival of the fittest. They reject the Qur'aanic assertion that a Super-intelligent, Omniscient and Omnipresent Being has consciously, deliberately or purposefully created mankind and everything else in the Universe. The thought of such a Creator is anathema for the atheists subscribing to the theory of evolution. This theory could well be the creature spoken of in this Verse, telling those who believe in it that they have no real faith in the Qur'aanic Verses/signs. And if the saying/words fell/landed on (to) them, We brought out for them a walker/creeper from the earth/Planet Earth she/it converses/talks to them , "That the people were with Our verses/evidences not being sure/certain."

Now, [as for the deaf and blind of heart –] when the word [of truth] stands revealed against them, We shall bring forth unto them out of the earth a creature, which will tell them that mankind had no real faith in Our messages

And when the Saying befalls them, We will bring out for them from the earth a beast that will speak to them that mankind had no certitude in Our signs

And when the word is fulfilled concerning them, We shall bring forth a beast of the earth to speak unto them because mankind had not faith in Our revelations

When the word about them comes true We shall make a creature appear to them on earth who will tell them that people had no faith in Our revelations

When the word will come to fall upon them, We will bring forth for them a beast from the earth who will speak to them that the human beings (i.e the infidels) did not believe in Our signs

When the time for the fulfillment of the word against them is about to come, We will bring forth for them a living creature from the earth that will say unto them that : ‘People have no certainty in Our Verses.”

And When the time for the fulfillment of the Word against them is about to come, We will bring forth for them out of the earth a living creature saying to them that people had no faith in Our Revelations.

When the judgement against them comes to pass, We shall bring forth from the Earth a beast that will tell them about the people who didn’t believe in Our signs.

And when the decree ˹of the Hour˺ comes to pass against them, We will bring forth for them a beast from the earth, telling them that the people had no sure faith in Our revelations.

And when the word against them comes to pass We bring out a creature from the earth for them to speak to them that mankind were not sure about Our signs.

On the day when the Judgement smites them, We will bring out from the earth a monster that shall speak to them. Truly, people had no faith in Our revelations

At the right time, we will produce for them a creature, made of earthly materials, declaring that the people are not certain about our revelations.

And when the judgment comes against them, We will bring forth a beast from the earth to tell them that, truly people had no true faith in Our signs.

And when the saying has occurred upon them, We brought out for them from the earth a moving creature which will talk to them that the people were with Our verses not certain.

Now, when the Word stands fulfilled against them (humanity paying no heed) We bring forth from among the humbled ones who tell them (by way of rebellion) that mankind has not had conviction in Our Laws. ((6:65). 'Dabbatam-min

And when the word shall come to pass against them, We shall bring forth for them a creature from the earth that shall wound them, because people did not believe in Our communications

And when the sentence is passed against them, WE shall bring forth for them an insect out of the earth which shall wound them because people did not believe in Our Signs

And (remember) when the Word is made true against them, We shall bring out from the earth a beast to (face) them: To speak to them, because mankind did not believe in Our Signs with (due) certainty

Whenever the Sentence prevails against them, We shall bring forth a monster from the earth for them who will speak to them, because mankind has not been convinced by Our signs.

And when the word befalls them, We will bring forth for them a creature from the earth speaking to them, [saying] that the people were, of Our verses, not certain [in faith]
