Quran 27 : 68

We and our fathers were promised this before; these are but old stories

We and our fathers were promised this before, these are only stories of old.

It was promised to us and to our fathers before us. It is only ancient legends."

We were promised this, we and our fathers before us, this is nothing but old folks' tales!

We and our forefathers were promised this before. This is merely a tale of the ancient people.”

We and our ancestors were promised this before; these are nothing but legends of the ancients.”

We were promised this once before, we and our fathers. It is but a fable of the ancients.‘

Of old have we been promised this, we and our sires of old it is but fables of the ancients."

We and our forefathers have been promised this before. This is only a legend of an ancient people."

Indeed we were promised this, and our forefathers. It is nothing but fables of ancient times."
