So Moses cast down his staff, then it was eating-up all that they showed

But Moses threw his staff and- lo and behold!- it swallowed up their tricker

Then Moses threw his stick, and behold, it swallowed up all that they falsely showed!

Then Musa cast down his staff, and lo! it swallowed up that which they had devised

Then Moses threw down his staff, and lo, it swallowed up their conjurations

Then Moses threw his staff, and alas, at once it devoured their apparitions!

Then Musa cast his staff, henceforth it began to swallow their fabrications.

Then Moses put down (on the ground) his staff; lo! it instantly destroyed all that they had fabricated

Then Moses threw his cane, and it immediately swallowed whatever they had faked.

Then Moses threw his staff which started to swallow all their tricks

Then Moses threw his staff, and behold, it instantly swallowed up all the falsehood they faked

Then threw Musa his staff and behold It swallowed what they falsified

Then Musa dropped his rod, so instantly it swallows all the falsehood which they indulge in

Then, Moses cast down his staff. That is when it swallows what they faked.

Then Musa (Moses) cast down his staff which, (changing into a serpent,) began swallowing up those things which they had made look different (from reality) through trickery

Musa, too, threw his stick and it gobbled up all the illusions they had conjured up

And Moses threw down his rod, and, lo, it swallowed up what they falsely devised

Therefore Moosa put forth his staff – so it immediately began swallowing all their fabrications

And Moses threw his stick and Lo! It was swallowing all the falsehoods which they fake!

And Moses cast down his rod, and behold, it swallowed up that which they had caused falsely to appear changed into serpents

And Moses threw down his rod, and, lo, it swallowed up what they had falsely devised

Then Moses cast down his staff and it swallowed up their lying invention

Then Moosa (Moses) threw his stick, and behold, it swallowed up all the falsehoods which they showed

So Moses cast his staff and imagine, it swallowed up what they were shamming about!

Then Moses threw down his rod, and lo! it swallowed up their cheating wonders

Then Moses threw his rod. Behold, it swallowed (the illusions) they faked.

Thereafter, Moses threw down his rod and behold, it went about swallowing up all the false devices they had contrived

Then Moses cast down his rod, and lo! it swallowed up their fabrication

So they cast down their ropes and their rods and said, "By the might of Firawn we will certainly be winners."

And then Moses threw his staff. And lo! It swallowed up all their deceptions

So Moses threw/threw away his stick/cane, so then it snatches/swallows quickly what they lie/falsify

[But] then Moses threw his staff - and lo! it swallowed up all their deceptions

Then Musa cast down his staff, then, only then did it gulp whatever falshood they (showed)

Then Moses threw his staff and lo! it swallowed that which they did falsely show

Then Moses cast down his staff and suddenly it swallowed up what they had falsely invented

Then Musa threw down his staff, and in no time it started swallowing the falsehood they invented

Then ‘Moses’ threw his staff and suddenly it swallowed up what they simulated.

Then (Musa) threw his rod, when, look! It right away swallows up all the lies that they make up
