Quran 23 : 76

We had afflicted them, yet they didn’t turn to their Lord or humble themselves.

Indeed, We did grab them with distress, but they failed to surrender and adopt humility

Even when we afflicted them with retribution, they never turned to their Lord imploring.

We punished them, but they neither entreated their Lord nor humbled themselves before Him

We have indeed seized them with suffering... They did not surrender to their Rabb and supplicate!

We punished them once before, and they didn’t surrender to their Lord, nor showed humility

We had already seized them with torment yet they did not surrender to their Lord nor beseech [Him]

We have already afflicted them, yet they did not submit to their Lord: they will not humble themselve

And We did certainly punish them, but they did not become humble towards their Lord, nor do they submit.

And We already seized them with the punishment, but they did not yield to their Lord, nor are they humble

And, certainly, We took them with the punishment. Then, they gave not into their Lord nor lower themselves

And We caught them with the punishment, but they humble not themselves before their Lord, nor do they pray

We had already seized them with torment yet they did not surrender to their Lord nor beseech [Him]

We had seized them with the punishment, but they did not bow before their Lord nor turned to Him in humility

We seized them with the punishment, but they did not surrender to their Lord, nor will they humble themselve

We seized them with the punishment, but they did not go low before their Lord; nor will they humble themselves

Already have We grasped them with punishment, but they humble not themselves unto their Lord, nor do they pray

And undoubtedly, We seized them in agony, but I neither they did humble before their Lord and nor they entreat.

We already seized them with the chastisement, yet they abased not themselves to their Lord nor were they humble

And verily We seized them with the punishment but not they submit to their Lord and not they supplicate humbly

Andwhen We seized them with the punishment, they did not humble themselves to their Lord nor did they invoke Him

We struck them with torment, but they did not submit themselves to their Lord, nor did they make themselves humbl

And We previously overtook them with the punishment, and they did not give in to their Lord nor humble themselves.

We formerly laid hold on them with chastisement, yet they did not humble them to their Lord, nor did they abase them

And, indeed, We tested them through suffering, but they did not humble themselves before their Lord, nor implored Him

We have already gripped them with suffering, but they did not surrender to their Lord, nor did they humble themselves

And indeed We grasped them with punishment, so neither did they submit themselves to their Lord, nor do they cry humbly

And We have already taken them with the torment, so they did not succumb to their Lord, nor did they humbly supplicate.

We inflicted Punishment on them, but they humbled not themselves to their Lord, nor do they submissively entreat (Him)!

And assuredly We took hold of them with the torment, yet they humbled not themselves to their Lord, nor did they entreat

And we caught them with the torment, but they did not abase themselves before their Lord, nor did they humble themselves

And already We seized them with chastisement, but they were not submissive to their Lord, nor did they humble themselves

Verily, We overtook them with punishment, but they didn’t capitulate to their Lord, neither did they humbly implore Him.

And already We overtook them with chastisement, but they were not submissive to their Lord, nor do they humble themselves

We have already seized them with punishment, but they did not turn humble to their Lord, nor do they supplicate in humility

Verily, We overtook them with punishment, but they capitulated not to their Lord, neither did they humbly implore (Allâh).

Already We have seized them with the punishment, but they neither humbled themselves to their Lord, nor did they beseech Him

And We have certainly taken them with the punishment, but they did not comply with their Lord, and they did not humbly plead.

We inflicted punishment on them, but they did not humble themselves to their Lord, nor do they submissively supplicate to Him

And We did indeed seize them with the punishment but they did not humble themselves for their Lord nor did they plead with Him.

And indeed We seized them with the punishment, but they did not abase themselves to their Lord, nor did they humble themselves;

We inflicted punishment on them, but they did not humble themselves before their Lord. They do not address Him in submission.

Even when We afflicted them with suffering [as a warning], they did not humble themselves to their Lord, nor were they submissive,

(They are such) that We seized them with chastisement (and yet) they did not humble themselves before their Lord, nor do they entrea

And indeed, We seized them with Punishment, still they did not humble themselves to their Lord, and they do not humbly receive (Him)

WE had already seized them with punishment, but they humbled not themselves before their Lord, nor they would supplicate in lowliness

Indeed We seized them with punishment, but neither did they humble themselves to their Lord, nor did they invoke with submission to Him.

And indeed We seized them with punishment, but they humbled not themselves to their Lord, nor did they invoke (Allah) with submission to Him

And, indeed, We tested them through suffering, but they did not abase themselves before their Sustainer; and they will never humble themselve

For indeed We have seized them with the punishment (of famine), and yet, they have not bowed down to their Lord, nor do they invoke Him humbly

Certainly We have seized them with punishment, yet they neither humbled themselves to their Lord, nor did they entreat [Him for mercy]

We formerly chastised them with a punishment: Yet they did not humble themselves before their Lord, neither did they make supplications unto Him

And We did seize them with punishment (in the past) but they did not humble themselves before their Lord, nor would they supplicate (to Him for mercy)

And indeed We already took them (to task) with torment, yet in no way did they yield themselves to their Lord, and in no way did they supplicate (Him)

And (even) if We show mercy to them and remove the harm with which they are afflicted, they would still persist blindly wandering on in their rebellion.

And indeed, We seized them with torment, but (still) they did not adopt submissiveness to their Lord, nor did they entreat in humility (before His presence)

And We had taken/punished them with the torture so they did not become humiliated/disgraced to their Lord, and they do not become humble and humiliate themselves

And We have already seized them with torment, but they never humbled themselves to their Lord, nor did they ˹submissively˺ appeal ˹to Him˺.

And surely, indeed We seized them with punishment, but they humbled not (themselves) to their Nourisher-Sustainer, and they do not submit with humility and reverance

And We had gripped them with suffering [as a warning], but they did not yield to their Lord, nor did they humbly supplicate, [and will continue thus]

Even now that they have a miserable life (which can be translated in our today’s rampant divorces, increasing homosexuality, being infected with AIDS and other “Social Disease”, mean job environment, etc.), they do not return to their Lord and implore for help and forgiveness
