Quran 23 : 46

to Pharaoh and his court, but they were arrogant and too proud.

To Pharaoh and his leaders, but they were arrogant and were proud people.

Then We sent Musa and his brother Harun with Our signs and clear authority,

to Pharaoh and his inner circle, but they were an arrogant, haughty people.

To Pharaoh and his aristocracy, they reacted with arrogance and superiority.

to Pharaoh and his notables. But they waxed arrogant and were a haughty people

To Pharaoh and his chieftains, so they arrogate. And they were haughty kinfolk.

to Pharaoh and his ruling circle. But they were proud and were a haughty people.

unto Pharaoh and his Council; but they waxed proud, and they were a lofty people

Unto Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they scorned (them) and they were despotic folk

To Pharaoh and his nobles, but they turned arrogant. They were oppressive people

To Pharaoh and his elders, but they turned arrogant. They were oppressive people.

To Pharaoh and his chiefs; but they showed arrogance. For, they were megalomaniacs

To Pharaoh and his establishment, but they were arrogant and were a haughty people

To Pharaoh and his nobles who behaved with arrogance, for they were a conceited lot

to Pharaoh and his elites; but they acted arrogantly and they were a tyrannical lot

to Pharaoh and his assembly, but they acted arrogantly, and they were bossy people.

to Pharaoh and to his chiefs, but they behaved superciliously and they were haughty

To Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they were big with pride, and were a haughty people.

To Firaun and his chiefs but they behaved arrogantly and they were a people haughty

To Firon and his chiefs, but they behaved haughtily and they were an insolent people

to Pharaoh and his courtiers, and they acted too proudly and were such haughty folk.

To Pharaoh and his chiefs; but they behaved arrogantly and they were a haughty people

To Pharaoh and his Chiefs: But these behaved insolently: they were an arrogant people

To Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they behaved haughtily and they were an insolent people

to Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they behaved arrogantly and were a tyrannical people.

to Pharaoh and his Council, but they were very proud, and they were a tyrannical nation

To Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they were inflated with pride, and were a despotic people

to Pharaoh and his courtiers, and they acted too arrogantly and were such haughty folk.

To Pharaoh and his princes; but they behaved them proudly, for they were a haughty people

to Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they behaved arrogantly and they were self-exalting people.

To Pharaoh and his courtiers but they waxed proud for they were a haughty (type of) people

And to Pharaoh and his nomarchs. But they behaved arrogantly. They were a people conceited

To Firaawn (Pharaoh) and his chiefs. Yet they waxed proud, and they were an exalted people

To the pharaoh and his chiefs! But they displayed arrogance. They were a pretentious nation

to Pharaoh and his nobles. But they received them with contempt, for they were arrogant men

to Pharaoh and his courtiers, but they behaved insolently, for they were an arrogant people

Unto Fir'awn and his chiefs, but they grew stiff-necked, and they were a people self-exalting

To Pharaoh and his Chiefs. But they behaved arrogantly since they were supercilious people.

To Pharaoh and his chiefs... But they showed only arrogance and they were an obstinate people.

to the Pharaoh and his nobles. But they behaved proudly and thought themselves superior people

To Pharaoh and his commanders. But they became arrogant, for they were a high and mighty people

To ‘Pharaoh’ and his ‘Chiefs’. But they behaved arrogantly since they were supercilious people.

to Pharaoh and his prominent leaders, but they responded with arrogance: they were a haughty people

[We sent them] to Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they behaved arrogantly. They were a haughty people.

To Pharaoh, and his nobles/assembly , so they became arrogant and they were a high and mighty nation

We sent them to Pharaoh and his chieftains, but they behaved haughtily and they were an egoist people

Towards Firaun and his court members – in response they were haughty, and they were in dominance

unto Pharaoh and his princes: But they proudly refused to believe on him; for they were a haughty people

towards Fir‘aun (Pharaoh) and his advisors. But they showed arrogance and they were haughty people

to Pharaoh and his Council. Then, they grew arrogant and they had been a folk, ones who exalt themselves.

and with plain authority to Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they were too big with pride, and were a haughty people

To Firawn (Pharaoh) and his courtiers, but they boasted and they were a people already possessed with dominance.

To Firon (Pharaoh) and his chiefs: But these acted with insolence and disrespect: And they were an arrogant people

They went to Pharaoh and his administrators but the latter showed arrogant. As a matter of fact, they were repressive people

unto Pharaoh and his great ones; but these behaved with arrogance, for they were people wont to glorify [only] themselves

unto Pharaoh and his chieftains but they held themselves as great ones and they were a people who held themselves high [in the earth]

To the Pharaoh and his chiefs. But they grew arrogant in the face of them, and demonstrated that they were a haughty, self-exalting people

To Pharaoh and the chiefs (of his people). They too behaved with arrogance and conceit. And they too were (extremely) wrongdoing and a disobedient people

to Firaun and his chiefs but they behaved arrogantly. And they were a nation regarding themselves Aaleen (superior to others — self-exalting ones)

To Firaun (Pharaoh) and his chiefs, but they behaved insolently and they were people self-exalting (by disobeying their Lord, and exalting themselves over and above the Messenger of Allah)
