23:103 Transliteration
But (the one) whose (are) light his scales, then those they [who] have lost their souls, in Hell they (will) abide forever.
23:103 Arabic
وَمَنْ خَفَّتْ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ خَسِرُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَهُمْ فِى جَهَنَّمَ خَٰلِدُونَ
23:103 Transliteration
Waman khaffat mawazeenuhu faola-ika allatheena khasiroo anfusahum fee jahannama khalidoona

And those whose weights are light on the balance, those are the ones who lost their souls, in Hell they will abide
