Quran 21 : 70

They desired to trap him but We made them the losers.

They had sought to do him harm, but We frustrated them

They wanted to outwit him, so We made them lose the most.

They wanted to outwit him, so We made them lose the most.

They wished to entrap him, but We made them greater losers

They wanted to harm hi, but I made them to look like fools

They wished to harm him, so We made them the biggest losers

They planned to harm him, but We made them the worst losers

They wanted to trap him, but We rendered their plan useless!

They desired to outwit him; so We made them the worse losers

Thus, they schemed against him, but we made them the losers.

They desired to plot against him, but we made them the losers

And they wanted to harm him, but We made them the worst losers

And they wanted to harm him, but We made them the worst losers.

They sought to outwit him, but We made them the worst of losers

We said, "O fire! be cool and (a source of) peace for Ibrahim."

They plotted to harm him, but We made them the greatest losers.

Andthey wanted to plan against him, but We made them the losers.

They desired to set a snare for him, but We made them the losers

And they intended to harm him, but We made them the worst losers

They meant evil against him. But We made them the worse losers.

And they desired evil for him, but We made them the worst losers.

They wanted to hurt him, but We caused them to be the real losers

They had sought to harm him, but We made them the worst losers.

And they wanted to plot against him, but we made them the losers.

And they wanted a plan with him, so We set them up as the losers.

They sought to lay a snare for him, but it was they whom We ruined

They planned to harm him, but We made them suffer the greatest loss

They sought to outmaneuver him, but We made them the biggest losers

And they desired a war on him, but We made them the greatest losers

And they intended to harm him, but We made them the greatest losers.

And they intended for him harm, but We made them the greatest losers

And they intended to do him an evil, but We made them the worst losers

And they intended for him a plan but We made them the greatest losers

And they intended against him a plan but We made them the worst losers

And they intended a plot against him, so We made them the worst losers.

They sought a strategy against him, but We made them the biggest losers.

They desired to scheme against him, but We made them the greatest losers

And they wished to cause him harm, so We made them the greatest of losers

And they sought to lay a plot against him, but we made them the sufferers

And they intended a plan against him, but We made them the greater losers

Then they sought a plot against him, but We made them the ones who lost most

They had sought to do evil to him, but We caused them to be the worst losers

And they would (devise) a plot against him; yet We made them the greatest losers

And they sought to lay a plot against him: But We caused them to be the sufferers

Thus, they intended to do evil against him, but We made them the biggest losers.

And they had intended an evil plan against him, but WE made them the worst losers

And then they tried a scheme against him: But We made them the ones who lost most

Then they sought a stratagem against him: but We made them the ones that lost most

And they had intended an evil plot against Ibrahim (Abraham) but We failed them badly

And they had designed a plot against him, but We made them themselves the doomed ones

And they intended with him a plot/conspiracy/deceit , so We made them the most losers

They had devised an evil plan (against Abraham), but We turned it into failure."

They had schemed to destroy him but We frustrated them, making them the worst of losers

and whereas they sought to do evil unto him, We caused them to suffer the greatest loss

And they wanted to use cunning against him, but We made them the ones who are losers.

And they attempted to discomfit him through their scheme but We caused them to be the biggest losers.

And whereas they schemed against him, We made them the true losers. (They failed to value a man of his stature)

They intended a mistreatment of him, but We made them the worst losers (and they could not carry out their evil design of burning him)
