Quran 21 : 12

And when they felt Our Might they fled from it

When they sensed our punishment coming they fled,

When our requital came to pass, they started to run.

So when they felt Our punishment, lo! they began to fl

And when they felt our vengeance, lo! they fled from it

Whensoever they sensed Our punishment they fled from them

When they feel Our intensity, behold, they begin to flee!

Then when they felt our adversity, they ran away from it.

And when they perceived our violence they ran away from it

And, when they felt Our might, behold them fleeing from it

So when they felt Our might, lo! they began to flee from it

And when they felt Our Might, behold, they ran away from it

When they perceived Our violent force they ran away from it.

When they experienced Our power, they suddenly began to flee

When they felt the might of Our punishment, they fled at once.

Yet, when they felt Our punishment, they tried to run from it.

When My punishment descended upon them, they tried to run from it

So, when they sensed Our adversity, behold they ran away from it.

So when they sighted Our punishment, behold, they ran away from it

And when they felt Our might they took to their heels and ran away

When they sensed Our power approaching, they tried to flee from it.

Then, when they sensed Our might, they started running away from it

Then when they perceived Our violence, lo! they were from it fleeing

And when they perceived Our violence, behold, they ran away from it.

Then when they got Our torment, therefore they began to flee from it.

And when they felt Our punishment, they immediately ran away from it.

And when they perceived Our Might, behold, they tried to flee from it

Yet, when they sensed Our punishment behold, they tried to run from it

Then when they perceived Our torment behold they from it were fleeing

So it was that when they perceived Our power, they were running from it.

Then, when they perceived Our might, behold, they ran headlong out of it

And when they perceived OUR punishment, lo ! they began to flee from it

When they felt Our might coming upon them, see how they tried to escape it

No sooner did they perceive Our punishment than they began to flee from it

When they felt Our might [approaching], they rushed headlong away from it!

When they felt Our punishment coming upon them, they began to flee from it

Then, when they perceived Our chastisement they took to their heels and fled

And when its inhabitants perceived Our punishment, at once they fled from it

And when they tasted Our punishment, they immediately started fleeing from it

When they perceived that Our Punishment was coming, behold, they fled from it.

Yet, when they felt Our Punishment (coming), behold, they (tried to) flee from it

Then, when they were conscious of Our might, that is when they make haste from it!

When they felt Our might [approaching], they rushed headlong away from it!

When they felt Our mighty punishment coming, they at once attempted to flee from it

So as (and) when they perceived Our torment, behold: they (attempt to) flee from it

No sooner did they perceive Our punishment coming than they began to flee therefrom

When they found Our torment approaching them they started to run away from the town

And when they felt our severe vengeance, behold, they fled swiftly from those cities

Then, when they felt Our Punishment (coming), look, they (tried to) run away from it

Then, when they perceived Our violence, only then did they (run) scampering out of it

Then, when they sensed Our punishment (approaching), they started fleeing fast from there

So when they felt Our Mighty Power approaching, they started to run away from their town.

Then, when they perceived (saw) Our Torment (coming), behold, they (tried to) flee from it

So, as soon as they sensed Our punishment (approaching them), they started fleeing from it

And how many a town, which was unjust, did We destroy? And We produced after them other people.

When they felt Our fury close to them, behold here they are, running away from it (the township).

And as soon as they began feeling Our Mighty Requital, behold them fleeing from it! (7:182), (16:26)

And [every time,] as soon as they began to feel Our punishing might, lo! they tried to flee from i

So when they felt Our Mighty Power (i.e. the chastisement) coming, they at once tried hard to flee from it.

So when they felt with one of their physical senses Our might/power , then they are from it running (fleeing)

When the wrongdoers sensed ˹the arrival of˺ Our torment, they started to run away from their cities.
