A revelation from (He) Who created the earth and the heavens [the] high,

20:4 Arabic

تَنزِيلًا مِّمَّنْ خَلَقَ ٱلْأَرْضَ وَٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ ٱلْعُلَى
20:4 Transliteration

Tanzeelan mimman khalaqa al-arda waalssamawati alAAula
[The Monotheist Group] (2013 Edition)
Sent down from the One who has created the earth and the heavens above.
