He has encompassed them, and counted them one by one

He has counted them all: He has numbered them exactly

Surely, He knows each of them, and has counted them a full counting (of all the creatures of Allah),

Assuredly He hath comprehanded them and counted them a full Counting. *Chapter:1

Indeed, (Rahman) knows them in detail and in many ways!

No doubt, He knows their counting and has numbered them one by one.

(Allah) has surely encompassed them with His (knowledge) and has counted them thoroughly (i.e., numbering them one by one)

He is aware of their exact number, and He has counted them all up
