"O Allah, I seek refuge in You from a prayer that is of no benefit."

← Previous Hadith The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in Thee from four things: Knowledge which does not profit, a heart which is not submissive, a soul which has an insatiable appetite, and a supplication which is not heard."

Sunan Abi Dawud Book 8, Hadith 133 Next Hadith → "He would say: 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done, and from the evil of what I have not done.'"
