It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade praying when the sun is rising or setting.

Sunan an-Nasa'i Book 6, Hadith 70 Next Hadith → "I heard 'Uqbah bin 'Amir say: 'There are three times during which the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade us from praying or burying our dead: When the sun had clearly started to rise until it was fully risen, when it was directly overhead at noon until it has passed the zenith, and when it was close to setting until it had fully set.'"
