Malik said, "The position with us about a woman who is found to
be pregnant and has no husband and she says, 'I was forced,' or she
says, 'I was married,' is that it is not accepted from her and the
hadd is inflicted on her unless she has a clear proof of what she
claims about the marriage or that she was forced or she comes bleeding
if she was a virgin or she calls out for help so that someone comes to
her and she is in that state or what resembles it of the situation in
which the violation occurred." He said, "If she does not produce any
of those, the hadd is inflicted on her and what she claims of that is
not accepted from her."
Malik said, "A raped woman cannot
marry until she has restored herself by three menstrual periods."
He said, "If she doubts her periods, she does not marry until she
has freed herself of that doubt."
Muwatta Malik Book 41, Hadith 17
Marwan appointed Abu Hurairah as governor of Al-Madinah. When he stood to offer an obligatory prayer, he would say the takbir, then he said the takbir when he bowed, and when he raised his head from bowing he said: "Sami' Allahu liman hamidah, Rabbana wa lakal-hamd (Allah hears those who praise Him; our Lord, and to You be the praise)." Then he would say the takbir when he went down in prostration, then he said the takbir when he stood up after two rak'ahs, after saying the Tashahhud, and he did that until he had finished the prayer. When he had finished his prayer and said the Salam, he turned to the people in the masjid and said: "By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, I am the one among you whose prayer most closely resembles that of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)."
Sunan an-Nasa'i Book 11, Hadith 148
"I prayed with the Prophet (ﷺ) one night. He started to recite Al-Baqarah and I thought, 'he will bow when he reaches one hundred,' but he carried on. I thought, 'he is going to recite the whole surah in one rak'ah,' but he carried on. He started to recite An-Nisa' and recited (the whole surah), then he started to recite Al Imran and recited (the whole surah), reciting slowly. When he reached a verse that spoke of glorifying Allah (SWT), he glorified Him. When he reached a verse that spoke of supplication, he made supplication. When he reached a verse that spoke of seeking refuge with Allah, he sought refuge with Him. Then he bowed and said: 'Subhana Rabbiyal-Azim.(Glory be to my Lord Almighty)', and he bowed for almost as long as he had stood. Then he raised his head and said: 'Sami Allahu liman hamidah (Allah hears those who praise Him)', and he stood for almost as long as he had bowed. Then he prostrated and started to say: Subhana Rabbiyal-'Ala (Glory be to my Lord Most High),' and he prostrated for almost as long as he had bowed.'"
Sunan an-Nasa'i Book 20, Hadith 67
Abu Talha had the greatest wealth of date-palms amongst the Ansar in Medina, and he prized above
all his wealth (his garden) Bairuha', which was situated opposite the Mosque (of the Prophet (ﷺ) ). The
Prophet used to enter It and drink from its fresh water. When the following Divine Verse came:--
"By no means shall you attain piety until you spend of what you love," (3.92)
Abu Talha got up saying. "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Allah says, 'You will not attain piety until you spend of
what you love,' and I prize above al I my wealth, Bairuha' which I want to give in charity for Allah's
Sake, hoping for its reward from Allah. So you can use it as Allah directs you." On that the Prophet (ﷺ)
said, "Bravo! It is a profitable (or perishable) property. (Ibn Maslama is not sure as to which word is
right, i.e. profitable or perishable.) I have heard what you have said, and I recommend that you
distribute this amongst your relatives." On that Abu Talha said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! I will do (as you
have suggested)." So, Abu Talha distributed that garden amongst his relatives and cousins.
