`Abdullah (bin `Abdullah) bin `Umar said to his father, "Stay here, for I am afraid that it (affliction
between Ibn Zubair and Al-Hajjaj) might prevent you from reaching the Ka`ba." Ibn `Umar said, "(In
this case) I would do the same as Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) did, and Allah has said, 'Verily, in Allah's Messenger (ﷺ),
you have a good example (to follow).' So, I make you, people, witness that I have made `Umra
compulsory for me." So he assumed lhram for `Umra. Then he went out and when he reached Al-
Baida', he assumed Ihram for Hajj and `Umra (together) and said, "The conditions (requisites) of Hajj
and `Umra are the same." He, then brought a Hadi from Qudaid. Then he arrived (at Mecca) and
performed Tawaf (between Safa and Marwa) once for both Hajj and `Umra and did not finish the
lhram till he had finished both Hajj and `Umra.
Sahih al-Bukhari Book 25, Hadith 172
Malik related to me from Safwan ibn Sulaym from Ata ibn Yasar
that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace,
was questioned by a man who said, "Messenger of Allah, shall I ask
permission of my mother to enter?" He said, "Yes " The man said, "I
live with her in the house". The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless
him and grant him peace, said "Ask her permission." The man said, "I
am her servant." The Messenger of Allah. may Allah bless him and grant
him peace, said, "Ask her permission. Do you want to see her naked?"
He said, "No." He said, "Then ask her permission."
Muwatta Malik Book 54, Hadith 1
"When revelation came to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), one could hear what sounded like the drone of bees before his face. One day revelation was coming to him, he faced the Qiblah, raised his hands and said: 'O Allah! Increase us, do not diminish us. Favor us, do not withhold from us, make us pleased and be pleased with us.' He (ﷺ) said: 'Ten Ayah were revealed to me, whoever abides by them shall enter Paradise (and they are): 'Successful indeed are the believers...' until the completion of ten Ayat (23:1-10)."
(Another route) from AzZuhri with this chain.
This is more correct than the first narration. I heard Ishaq bin Mansur saying: "Ahmad bin Hanbal, 'Ali bin AlMadini, and Ishaq bin Ibrãhim reported this Hadith from 'AbdurRazzaq, from Yunus bin Sulaim, from Yunus bin Yazid from AzZuhri."
Only those who heard from 'Abdur-Razzaq early mentioned in it: "From Yunus bin Yazid", while some of them did
not mention in it: "From Yunus bin Yazid." And whoever mentioned "From Yunus bin Yazid" then he was more correct. Sometimes 'Abdur-Razzaq would mention Yunus bin Yazid in this
Hadith and sometimes he would not mention him. .
Jami` at-Tirmidhi Book 47, Hadith 225
"We were sitting with the Messenger of Allah when he raised his head toward the sky, and put his palm on his forehead, then he said: 'Subhan Allah, what a stern warning has been revealed! We fell silent and were scared. The following day I asked him: 'O Messenger of Allah, what is this stern warning that has been revealed? He said: 'By the One in Whose hand is my soul, if a man were to be killed in the cause of Allah then brought back to life, then killed, but he owed a debt, he would not enter paradise until his debt was paid off,"
