The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying: Recite to those of you who are dying "There is no god but Allah."
Sunan Abi Dawud Book 21, Hadith 29
I had forbidden you (from the preparation of Nabidh) and drinking it in certain vessels, (but now you may do so if you like) for it is not vessels or a vessel that makes a thing lawful or unlawful. It is every intoxicant that is unlawful.
