the Prophet(ﷺ) said: "Whoever says, following the morning prayer: La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sahrikalau, lahul mulku wa lahul hamdu, bi yadihil khair, wa huwa ala kulli shay'in qadir (None has the right to be worshipped but Allah alone, with no partner or associate. His is the dominion, all praise is to Him, in His Hand is all goodness, and He is Able to do all things), it will be as if he freed slave from among the sons of Isma'il."
Sunan Ibn Majah Book 33, Hadith 143
The Prophet (ﷺ) said "The most superior way of asking for forgiveness from Allah is: 'Allahumma anta
The Prophet (ﷺ) added. "If somebody recites it during the day
with firm faith in it, and dies on the same day before the evening, he will be from the people of
Paradise; and if somebody recites it at night with firm faith in it, and dies before the morning, he will
be from the people of Paradise."
Sahih al-Bukhari Book 80, Hadith 3
This Verse:
'Verily We have sent you (O Muhammad) as a witness, as a bringer of glad tidings and as a warner.'
(48.8)
which is in the Quran, appears in the Torah thus: 'Verily We have sent you (O Muhammad) as a
witness, as a bringer of glad tidings and as a warner, and as a protector for the illiterates (i.e., the
Arabs.) You are my slave and My Apostle, and I have named you Al-Mutawakkil (one who depends
upon Allah). You are neither hard-hearted nor of fierce character, nor one who shouts in the markets.
You do not return evil for evil, but excuse and forgive. Allah will not take you unto Him till He guides
through you a crocked (curved) nation on the right path by causing them to say: "None has the right to
be worshipped but Allah." With such a statement He will cause to open blind eyes, deaf ears and
hardened hearts.'
Sahih al-Bukhari Book 65, Hadith 359
Yahya related to me from Malik from Abdullah ibn Yazid that Zayd
ibn Ayyash told him that he had once asked Sad ibn Abi Waqqas about
selling white wheat for a type of good barley. Sad asked him which was
the better and when he told him the white wheat, he forbade the
transaction. Sad said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah
bless him and grant him peace, being asked about selling dried dates
for fresh dates, and the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and
grant him peace, said, 'Do the dates diminish in size when they become
dry?' When he was told that they did, he forbade that."
