that Sa'eed bin Zaid bin 'Amr bin Nufail said: "I bear witness for nine people, that they are in Paradise, and if I were to bear witness for a tenth, I would not be sinful." It was said: "How is that?" He said: "We were with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) at (mount) Hira when he said, 'Be firm, Hira! There is not upon you any but a Prophet, or a Siddiq, or a martyr." It was said: "And who were they?" He said: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), Abu Bakr, 'Umar, 'Uthman, 'Ali, Talhah, Az-Zubair, Sa'd, and 'Abdur-Rahman bin 'Awf." It was said: "And who is the tenth?" He said: "Me."
Jami` at-Tirmidhi Book 49, Hadith 154
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Do you think if the tribes of Aslam, Ghifar, Muzaina and Juhaina are better than
the tribes of Tamim, 'Amir bin Sa'sa'a, Ghatfan and Asad, they (the second group) are despairing and
losing?" They (the Prophet's companions) said, "Yes, (they are)." He said, "By Him in Whose Hand
my soul is, they (the first group) are better than them (the second group).
Sahih al-Bukhari Book 83, Hadith 14
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "There are three persons whom Allah will not look at on the Day of
Resurrection, nor will he purify them and theirs shall be a severe punishment. They are:
-1. A man possessed superfluous water, on a way and he withheld it from travelers.
-2. A man who gave a pledge of allegiance to a ruler and he gave it only for worldly benefits. If the
ruler gives him something he gets satisfied, and if the ruler withholds something from him, he gets
dissatisfied.
-3. And man displayed his goods for sale after the `Asr prayer and he said, 'By Allah, except Whom
None has the right to be worshipped, I have been given so much for my goods,' and somebody
believes him (and buys them).
The Prophet (ﷺ) then recited: "Verily! Those who purchase a little gain at the cost of Allah's Covenant and
their oaths." (3.77)
Sahih al-Bukhari Book 42, Hadith 7
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The (planet of) earth will be a bread on the Day of Resurrection, and The resistible
(Allah) will topple turn it with His Hand like anyone of you topple turns a bread with his hands while
(preparing the bread) for a journey, and that bread will be the entertainment for the people of
Paradise." A man from the Jews came (to the Prophet) and said, "May The Beneficent (Allah) bless
you, O Abul Qasim! Shall I tell you of the entertainment of the people of Paradise on the Day of
Resurrection?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Yes." The Jew said, "The earth will be a bread," as the Prophet (ﷺ) had
said. Thereupon the Prophet (ﷺ) looked at us and smiled till his premolar tooth became visible. Then the
Jew further said, "Shall I tell you of the udm (additional food taken with bread) they will have with
the bread?" He added, "That will be Balam and Nun." The people asked, "What is that?" He said, "It
is an ox and a fish, and seventy thousand people will eat of the caudate lobe (i.e. extra lobe) of their
livers."
