Teppei Kiyoshi - Ability Equipment Guide

In Kuroko's Basketball: Street Rivals, the "Iron Heart" Teppei Kiyoshi is the foundational Center (C) of Seirin High and one of the Uncrowned Kings. Unlike traditional big men who only focus on scoring and blocking, Kiyoshi acts as a Point Center. Thanks to his massive hands, he utilizes the "Right of Postponement" to change his shots into passes mid-air, and his "Vice Claw" to snatch rebounds out of the sky with a single hand.

To maximize Kiyoshi's incredibly versatile kit, you must equip a Rebounding Playmaker build that heavily buffs his Rebound, Pass, Block, and Close-Range/Strength stats.

1. Best Potentials (Base Stat Runes)

Kiyoshi is the ultimate offensive hub in the paint. He needs to secure the basketball over heavier centers, protect his team's rim, and execute bullet-fast passes to his shooters when the defense collapses on him.

🔵 Blue Potentials (Offense/Utility): Pass & Rebound (or Close-Range)

Why: Pass is a highly unusual stat for a Center, but for Kiyoshi, it is mandatory. When you trigger your "Right of Postponement" to pass out of a layup, a high Pass stat ensures the ball travels instantly to your teammate without getting intercepted. Combining this with Rebound secures your dominance on the glass.

🟡 Yellow Potentials (Hybrid): Rebound & Block

Why: This is the golden standard for any elite Center. Maximizing Rebound enhances his Vice Claw grab radius, while Block ensures he remains an "Iron Wall" on defense, capable of swatting away enemy slashers.

🟢 Green Potentials (Defense/Utility): Rebound & Pass (or Block)

Why: Doubling down on Rebound and Pass perfectly cements his role as a Point Center. You will grab the defensive board and instantly trigger a lightning-fast outlet pass to your Point Guard for a fast break.

2. Best Traits (Passive Abilities)

Kiyoshi's traits should reward his unselfish playmaking, enhance his massive rebounding radius, and protect his mid-air passes from being tipped.

🧠 Right of Postponement / Playmaker

Effect: Significantly increases the shooting hit-rate and anti-interference of a teammate immediately after they receive a pass from you while you are in the air (mid-shot/mid-layup).
Why: This makes Kiyoshi a nightmare to guard. Drive to the hoop to force the opposing Center to jump for a block. The moment they jump, pass the ball to your open Shooting Guard (like Hyuga). This trait guarantees their wide-open shot will splash.

🦅 Vice Claw / Aerial Dominance

Effect: Boosts your rebound grab range, widens the successful timing window, and increases your physical priority when competing for a rebound.
Why: Kiyoshi's Vice Claw animation allows him to grab the ball from angles other Centers cannot reach. This trait ensures that even if you are out-positioned by a heavier Center like Murasakibara, your long reach will still secure the ball.

🛡️ Iron Heart / Paint Protector

Effect: Increases your block range and block angle, while slightly increasing your strength/anti-bump resistance.
Why: As Seirin's primary rim protector, Kiyoshi needs to hold down the paint. This trait ensures you aren't pushed around under the basket and allows you to reliably contest enemy dunks and layups.
