Ryota Kise - Ability Equipment Guide
In Kuroko's Basketball: Street Rivals, Ryota Kise is an incredibly versatile Small Forward (SF) representing the Generation of Miracles. His defining feature is his Ultimate ("Perfect Copy"), which temporarily elevates his stats and allows him to replicate the unstoppable signature moves of other Miracle Generation players.
To maximize Kise's potential, focus your Ability Equipment (Potentials and Traits) on a Two-Way Scoring & Shot-Contesting build that heavily bolsters his Mid-Range, Dunking, Block, and Ultimate Energy.
1. Best Potentials (Base Stat Runes)
You want to give him a reliable base-kit so he can score and defend efficiently even before activating his Ultimate. Balancing his offensive slashing with defensive blocking is the key to an elite Kise.
π΅ Blue Potentials (Offense): Mid-Range & Dunk
Why: Mid-range jumpers and explosive slashes are the staple of an SF's offense. Combining Mid-Range with his Dunk stat makes his baseline drives and sudden cuts incredibly difficult for opposing centers to block.
π‘ Yellow Potentials (Hybrid): Mid-Range & Block
Why: Yellow slots are great for balancing offense and defense. Enhancing his Block stat alongside his Mid-Range ensures he can actively contest opposing shooters without sacrificing his own scoring efficiency.
π’ Green Potentials (Defense/Utility): Block & Jump
Why: "Jump" directly increases his rebounding height and block radius. Paired with a high Block stat, Kise becomes a formidable help-defender who can swat away layups and dunks from behind.
2. Best Traits (Passive Abilities)
Kise relies heavily on his Ultimate to take over the game. Because of this, getting his energy up fast while solidifying his finishing ability at the rim are your top priorities.
π Light of Hope / Energy Boost
Effect: Grants a massive initial boost to Ultimate Energy at the start of the match.
Why: Perfect Copy is Kise's biggest win condition. Getting access to Aomine's unblockable shots or Midorima's three-pointers as early as possible swings the momentum of the entire game instantly.
π Airborne / Aerial Dominance
Effect: Increases success rate and reduces the chance of getting blocked when performing a dunk or layup.
Why: When you aren't using Perfect Copy, Kiseβs explosive drives to the rim are his primary weapon. This trait ensures your inside attempts finish cleanly through heavy traffic.
π‘οΈ Block Master / Help Defender
Effect: Increases your block range, block window, and defensive anti-interference.
Why: Kise has excellent base jumping stats. This trait allows you to comfortably shut down opposing forwards and guards, turning him into a true two-way threat.
π‘ Strategy Tips
- Adapt with Perfect Copy: Don't just pick a copy randomly. If your team desperately needs spacing, copy Midorima. If you need a guaranteed 2 points to end the game, copy Aomine's formless shot. Read the situation!
- Mix Up Attacks: Don't just spam dunks. Use your drives to bait the opposing Center into jumping, then pass out or use your step-back mid-range jumper. Predictability is Kise's worst enemy.
- Play Help Defense: With high Block and Jump potentials, you are an elite secondary rim protector. Rotate into the paint to help your Center block aggressive slashers.
