Miracle Tetsuya Kuroko - Ability Equipment Guide

In Kuroko's Basketball: Street Rivals, Miracle Tetsuya Kuroko represents his peak as the Phantom Sixth Man of Teiko Middle School's Generation of Miracles. Unlike almost every other character in the game, Kuroko completely abandons scoring. He is the ultimate Point Guard (PG) facilitator, utilizing "Misdirection" to execute invisible, uninterceptable passes, boost his teammates' accuracy, and rip the ball away from opponents completely undetected.

To maximize Kuroko's invisible impact, you must equip a Pure Facilitator & Phantom Thief build that pushes his Pass, Steal, Control, and Run (Movement Speed) stats to their absolute limits.

1. Best Potentials (Base Stat Runes)

Do not equip shooting potentials on Kuroko. Your job is to make your teammates unstoppable and cause chaos on defense. High "Pass" stats ensure your passes travel at bullet speeds, making them impossible for even Akashi to intercept.

🔵 Blue Potentials (Offense/Utility): Pass & Control

Why: The "Pass" stat is Kuroko's lifeline. It increases the speed, accuracy, and catchability of his Ignite Pass and Cyclone Pass. Control ensures that if he is forced to hold the ball for a split second, he won't easily be bumped and stripped.

🟡 Yellow Potentials (Hybrid): Pass & Steal

Why: This is the perfect Kuroko hybrid rune. Maintaining the maximum passing buff while heavily increasing his Steal stat allows him to rip the ball away from opposing guards who are distracted by your team's scorers.

🟢 Green Potentials (Defense/Utility): Steal & Run (or Control)

Why: Kuroko needs to be everywhere at once without being noticed. The "Run" stat increases his off-ball movement speed, allowing you to quickly position yourself for blind-spot steals or cut into passing lanes to intercept the ball using Misdirection.

2. Best Traits (Passive Abilities)

Kuroko's traits should exclusively focus on buffing the teammate who receives his pass and maximizing the success rate of his blind-spot steals.

🤝 Assist Master / Phantom Passer

Effect: Significantly increases the shooting hit-rate and anti-interference of a teammate for a short duration immediately after they receive a pass from you.
Why: This is mandatory. When you feed the ball to Aomine, Midorima, or Kise, this trait guarantees that their shots will pierce through the defense, turning your passes into guaranteed assists.

🥷 Hidden Steal / Phantom Thief

Effect: Greatly increases the steal success rate when attempting to steal from a ball-handler's blind spot, side, or back.
Why: Kuroko's entire defensive kit revolves around not being seen. Let your teammates guard the ball handler face-to-face; you sprint up behind them and use this trait to swipe the ball instantly.

⚡ Quick Hands / Interceptor

Effect: Increases the success rate of auto-intercepting passes in passing lanes, and reduces the recovery time if you miss a steal attempt.
Why: Kuroko is a defensive pest. Hovering in the passing lanes allows him to magically appear and deflect the ball, triggering fast breaks for your Generation of Miracles teammates.
