Quran 7 : 23

They said: "Our Lord, we have harmed ourselves! If You do not forgive us and grant us mercy, we'll be losers."

Both said, “Our Lord, we’ve wronged ourselves. If You don’t forgive us and treat us kindly we will be the losers.”

They said: our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy on us, we will be lost.

They said: Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves. If thou forgive us not and have not mercy on us, surely we are of the lost

They replied, ‘Our Lord, we have wronged our souls: if You do not forgive us and have mercy, we shall be lost.’

They said, “Our Lord, we have oppressed ourselves. And if You do not forgive us, and mercy us, we will be among the losers.”

They replied, Our Lord, we have wronged our souls: if You do not forgive us and have mercy on us, we shall be among the lost

They said, “Our Rabb! We have wronged ourselves... If you do not forgive us and grace us we will surely be among the losers.”

They said, "Our Lord, we have wronged our souls, and unless You forgive us and have mercy on us, we will be losers."

They said: "Our Lord, we have harmed ourselves! If You do not forgive us and grant us mercy, we´ll be losers."

Both replied: 'Lord, We have harmed ourselves. If You do not forgive us and have mercy on us, we shall surely be among the lost.

They responded, “Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves. If You don’t forgive us and have mercy on us, we will be among the losers.”

They said: "Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves and if You do not forgive us and have mercy on us, then we will be of the losers!"

They replied, “Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves. If You do not forgive us and have mercy on us, we will certainly be losers.”

They replied: ‘Lord, we have wronged our souls. Pardon us and have mercy on us, or we shall surely be among the lost.‘

They said, “Our Lord, We have wronged our own souls. If You do not forgive us and grant mercy upon us, we will certainly be lost.”

They both said: “Our Lord, we did wrong to ourselves, and if you do not forgive us and have mercy on us, we shall be of the losers.”

They said: “Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves. If You don’t forgive us, and have Mercy on us, we shall certainly be of the losers.”

The two replied, "Lord, We have sinned against ourselves and unless You forgive us and have mercy on us, we will definitely be lost."

They said, `Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves and if Thou forgive us not and have not mercy on us, we shall surely be of the losers.

They said, ´Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves. If you do not forgive us and have mercy on us, we will be among the lost.´

They said, 'Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if Thou dost not forgive us, and have mercy upon us, we shall surely be among the lost.

They said, 'Our Lord, we have done wrong to ourselves. Unless You forgive us, and have mercy on us, we will be among the losers.'

They said, “Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves. If Thou dost not forgive us and have Mercy upon us, we shall surely be among the losers.

They said: "O our Lord, we have wronged ourselves. If You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we shall certainly be lost."

They said: Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves; and if Thou forgive us not, and have (not) mercy on us, we shall certainly be of the losers

They said, “Our Lord, We have wronged our own souls. If you do not forgive us and do not bestow upon us Your mercy, we will certainly be lost.

They said, 'Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves - and if you do not forgive us and have mercy on us, we shall surely be of those who are lost.'

Both of them said Our Lord we have wronged ourselves and if not You forgive [for] us and have mercy (on) us surely, we will be among the losers

The twain said. our Lord! we have wronged our souls, and if Thou forgivest us not and hath not mercy on us, we shall of a surety be of the losers

They said, ‘Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves! If You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers.’

They said: Our Lord! We have been unjust to ourselves, and if Thou forgive us not, and have (not) mercy on us, we shall certainly be of the losers

They said, 'O our Lord! we have wronged ourselves - and if Thou dost not forgive us and have mercy on us, we shall surely be of those who are lost!

They said, .Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and do not bless us with mercy, we shall, indeed, be among the losers

Both of them submitted, 'O Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves, if You forgive us not and have not mercy on us, then certainly we are among losers.'

They said, "Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers."

They said: "Our Lord! We have wronged our own souls: If thou forgive us not and bestow not upon us Thy Mercy, we shall certainly be lost."

They said, "Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves. And if You forgive us not, and have mercy on us not, we shall certainly be of the losers."

They both submitted, "Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves; so if You do not forgive us and have mercy on us, then surely, we are of the losers."

They said: "Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves. If You forgive us not, and bestow not upon us Your Mercy, we shall certainly be of the losers."

They said: "Our Lord! We have wronged our own souls: If You will not forgive us and grant from your Mercy upon us, We shall certainly be losers."

Both of them submitted: ‘O our Lord! We have wronged our souls. And if You do not forgive us and have mercy on us, we shall certainly be amongst the losers.

They said, "O our Lord! With ourselves have we dealt unjustly: if thou forgive us not and have pity on us, we shall surely be of those who perish."

Both cried out: ´Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves. If You do not forgive us and do not have mercy on us, we shall surely be among the losers.´

They said, "O our Lord! We have wronged our own souls - and if you do not forgive us and have mercy on us, we shall surely be of those who are lost!"

They both said: Our Lord! We did wrong to ourselves. And if Thou wilt not forgive us and have mercy on us, we will, certainly, be among the ones who are losers.

They answered, O Lord, we have dealt unjustly with our own souls; and if thou forgive us not, and be not merciful unto us, we shall surely be of those who perish

They both said, “O our Lord! We have wronged our own souls and if You do not forgive us and grant us Your mercy, surely we will be of those who have gone in loss.”

They replied, "Lord, we have done injustice to our souls. If You will not forgive us and have mercy on us, we shall certainly have incurred a great loss."

Both of them cried out, "Our Lord, we committed a sin against ourselves! Now, if You did not forgive us, and have mercy on us, we would surely be the losers."

They said, "Our Fosterer ! we have been unjust to ourselves and if You do not protectively forgive us and have mercy on us we will definitely be of those who are at loss."

They (B) said: "Our Lord, We caused injustice/oppressed ourselves, and if You do not forgive for us, and You have mercy upon us, we will be/become from the losers ."

They said (straightaway): "Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and do not have mercy on us, we will surely be among those who have lost!"

They said: "Our Lord, we have wronged our own selves, and if You do not forgive and show clemency toward us, we will definitely be of those who are doomed to eternal perdition."

The two replied: "O our Sustainer! We have sinned against ourselves -and unless Thou grant us forgiveness and bestow Thy mercy upon us, we shall most certainly be lost!"

They both said, "Our Lord, we have done an injustice to ourselves; and in case You do not forgive us and have mercy on us, indeed we (both) will definitely be among the losers."

They said: "Our Lord, we have been unfair ourselves. But If it happens that You do not forgive us and bestow Your Mercy upon us, we will definitely be of those who are doomed to perdition."

Both of them said, `Our Lord! we have done injustice to our souls, and if You do not protect us (against the consequences of our faults) and do not have mercy on us, we shall surely be of the losers.

Both said: “Our Nourisher-Sustainer! We have transgressed against ourselves. And if You do not bestow forgiveness for us and bestow not upon us Mercy, surely we shall become out of the losers.”

Both of them [unlike Satan who did not show any regret for his disobedience] said: "Lord, we have done a great injustice to ourselves. If you do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will be the losers."

They said, "Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves. Unless You forgive us and have mercy on us, we will certainly be lost." (Man and woman accepted responsibility acknowledging that they had free will as against Satan who had ascribed his disobedience to the Will of Allah (7:16)
