And because you do not bring them a sign, they say: "If only you had brought one." Say: "I only follow what is inspired to me from my Lord. This is an evidence from your Lord, and a guide and mercy to a people who believe."

When you do not bring them a fresh revelation, they say, ‘But can you not just ask for one?’ Say, ‘I merely repeat what is revealed to me from my Lord: this revelation brings you insights from your Lord, and guidance and mercy for those who believe

If you (O Muhammad) don’t bring them a miracle, they say: “Why have you not invented one?” Say: “I only follow what is revealed to me from my Lord. This (the Qur’an) insight is from your Lord, and Guidance and Mercy for people who believe.”

And whenever thou bringest not unto them, as a sign, they say: wherefore hast not thou selected it? Say thou: I only follow that which hath been revealed unto me by my Lord. This is an enlightenment from your Lord and a guidance and a mercy unto a people who believe

And when you do not bring a (Qur'anic) verse to them, they say: "Why don't you make one up?" Say: "I follow only what my Lord reveals to me." These (revelations) are an evident proof from your Lord, and a guidance and grace for those who believe

When you do not relate a verse to them, they say, “You should have made one up!” Say, “I follow only what is revealed to me from my Rabb... This (Quran) is an insight from your Rabb (enabling you to realize and comprehend), it is a guide (to the reality) and grace for a people who believe (it elevates and matures them).”

And (O beloved Prophet)! When you bring not to them any Sign, they say, 'Why have you not made it yourself? Say you, 'I follow only what is revealed to me from my Lord; This is an eye opener from your Lord and guidance and mercy for the Muslims.

If you do not bring them a Sign, they say, ´Why have you not come up with one?´ Say, ´I follow only what has been revealed to me from my Lord.´ This is clear insight from your Lord, and guidance and mercy, for people who have iman.

When you (O Messenger) do not produce for them a sign (a miracle of the kind they desire, or Revelation temporarily ceases), they say, "Were you unable to make one up?" Say: "I only follow whatever is revealed to me from my Lord. This (the Qur’an) is the light of discernment and insight (into the truth) from your Lord, and guidance and mercy for people who will believe and who have already believed."

When you do not bring them a sign, they say, ‘Why do you not improvise one?’ Say, ‘I only follow what is revealed to me from my Lord; these are insights from your Lord, and a guidance and mercy for a people who have faith.’

And when you do not bring to them a (fresh) revelation they say, `Why do you not forge a verse (and invent it as a revelation)?' Say, `I only follow what is revealed to me by my Lord. These (Qur'anic verses) are enlightening (and) proofs from your Lord and source of guidance and mercy (of Allah) for a people who would believe

And when thou bringest them not a sign, they say, 'Why hast thou not chosen one?' Say: 'I follow only what is revealed to me from my Lord; this is clear testimony from your Lord, guidance, and mercy for a people of believers.

And when you did not bring them a sign, they said: “Why did you not choose it?” Say: “I only follow what is revealed to me from my Lord, this (Quran) is enlightenment from your Lord and a guide and a mercy for people who believe.”

When you do not come up with a miracle per request, they say: "Why do you not ask the Lord to help you with a miracle?" Say: "My task is to follow what is revealed to me [and I am not in miracle- making business.] This Qur'an [by itself is the greatest miracle as it] contains beacons of insight from your Lord as well as guidance sent as a mercy to those who chose to believe

If you do not bring them a revelation they say, “Why do you not have it all together?” Say, “I only follow what is revealed to me from my Lord. This is enlightenment from your Lord, and guidance, and mercy, for any who have faith.

And when not you bring them a Sign they say Why (have) not you devised it Say Only I follow what is revealed to me from my Lord This (is) enlightenment from your Lord and guidance and mercy for a people who believe

And when you did not come to them with a Sign (according to their expectations) they said: “Why have you not brought such (and such)?” Say: “Surely it is that I follow whatever has been inspired to me from my Nourisher-Sustainer. These are Basair (‘Eye-Sights’) from your Nourisher-Sustainer, and Hudah (‘Guidance’), and Rahmah to a nation who Believe.

When thou hast not approached them with a sign, they said: Why hadst thou not improvised one? Say: I follow only what is revealed to me from my Lord. This is clear evidence from your Lord and guidance and mercy for a folk who believe.

And when you do not bring them any sign, (then) they say: ‘Why have you not brought it contriving yourself?’ Say: ‘I just follow that (command) which is revealed to me from my Lord. This (Qur’an) is a (collection) of conclusive proofs and guidance and mercy from your Lord for those who believe.

When you do not bring them a miracle (of their liking) they say, "Why do you not bring us the miracle (we demand)?" Tell them, "In fact, I only follow what has been revealed to me by my Lord. This (Qur´an) is the proof from your Lord; it is the guidance and mercy for the nation that believes

Shouldst Thou not bring them a sign they say, 'Hast Thou not yet made choice of one?' Say, 'I only follow what is inspired to me by my Lord. These are perceptions from my Lord, and a guidance and a mercy to a people who believe.

And O dear Prophet (Mohammed - peace and blessings be upon him) when you do not bring to them a verse, they say, "Why did you not fabricate it?" Say, "I follow only what is divinely revealed to me from my Lord"; this (the Holy Qur’an) is an enlightenment from your Lord, and a guidance and a mercy for the Muslims

And yet, when you [O Prophet] do not bring any sign for them, they say, "Why do you not procure it [from Allah]”? Say, "I only follow whatever is being revealed unto me from my Lord.” This [book] contains clear signs from your Lord, and a guidance and a mercy unto a people who believe.

And when thou bringest not to them a fresh Sign, they say, 'Why hast thou not forged one?' Say, `I follow only that which is revealed to me from my Lord. These are clear proofs from your Lord and guidance and mercy for a people who believe.

If you bring them not a verse (of revelation) they say, "Have you not yet made choice of one? Say, "I only follow what is inspired in me by my Lord. These are lights (perceptions, insights) from your Lord, and a guidance and a mercy to a people

When you do not bring them a verse, they say, 'Why have you not chosen one? ' Say: 'I follow only what is revealed to me from my Lord. This (Koran) is a veritable proof from your Lord, guidance and mercy for people who believe.

And if you do not bring them a miracle (according to their (i.e. Quraish-pagans) proposal), they say: "Why have you not brought it?" Say: "I but follow what is revealed to me from my Lord. This (the Quran) is nothing but evidences from your Lord, and a guidance and a mercy for a people who believe."

If you had not brought them any sign, they would (still) say: "Why didn’t you pick one out?" SAY: "I follow only what has been inspired in me by my Lord. These are insights from Your Lord, as well as guidance and mercy for folk who believe."

And when thou bringest not a verse (sign) of the Koran to them, they say, "Hast thou not yet patched it up? SAY: I only follow my Lord's utterances to me. This is a clear proof on the part of your Lord, and a guidance and a mercy for those who believe

If you do not bring them a verse [of Scripture], they ask, “Why don’t you make one up?” Say, “I only follow what is revealed to me from my Lord. Those [verses] are illumination from your Lord. They are guidance and mercy, for any who have faith.”

[O Prophet!] When you do not produce before them any miracle, they say: ´Why do you not choose for yourself a miracle?´ Say to them: ´I follow only what is revealed to me by my Lord. This is nothing but a means of insight into the truth, and guidance and mercy from your Lord to the people who believe

And when thou bringest them not a sign, they say: Why dost thou not demand it? Say: I follow only that which is revealed to me from my Lord. These are clear proofs from your Lord and a guidance and a mercy for a people who believe

And when you do not come to them with a sign, they say, "Why have you not chosen (invented) it?" Say, "I follow only that which is communicated to me from my Fosterer. This (Quran) is (a collection of) insights from your Fosterer and a guidance and a mercy for a people who believe."

And when you do not bring them a miracle/sign, they say, "Why have you not brought it?" Say, "I follow only that which is revealed to me from my Lord. These are clear insights from your Lord and guidance and a mercy for a people who believe."

And if you did not bring them with a verse/evidence , they said: "If only you chose/purified it." Say: "But I follow what (is) inspired/transmitted to me from my Lord, those (are) visions/evidences from your Lord, and guidance, and mercy to a nation believing."

And yet, when thou [O Prophet] dost not produce any miracle for them, some [people] say, "Why dost thou not seek to obtain it [from God]? Say: "I only follow whatever is being revealed to me by my Sustainer: this [revelation] is a means of insight from your Sustainer, and a guidance and grace unto people who will believe

And when you do not come up to them with a sign, they say, "Why have you not selected it?" Say, "Surely I closely follow only what has been revealed to me from my Lord; these one evident demonstrations (i.e., demonstrations for beholders) from your Lord, and a guidance, and a mercy for a people who believe."

And when thou bringest not a verse for them they say: Why hast thou not chosen it? Say: I follow only that which is inspired in me from my Lord. This (Qur'an) is insight from your Lord, and a guidance and a mercy for a people that believe

If you , (Muhammad), do not show them a miracle, they will keep on insisting that you must show them one. Say, "I only follow what is revealed to me from my Lord. This (Quran) contains wisdom for you from your Lord. It contains guidance and mercy for those who have faith

When you do not bring them a sign, they say, .Could you not make up one?.Say, .I only follow what is revealed to me from my Lord. This is (a Book of) insights from your Lord and a guidance and mercy for a people who believe

When you bring not to them a (miraculous) sign, they say: "Why have you not brought it?" Say: "I follow only that which is revealed unto me from my Lord. This (Glorious 'Qur’ān') is spiritual insight from your Lord, a guidance (into all the truth) and a (divine) clemency for a people who are inclined to believe (in Allâh).”

When you do not bring to them a (miraculous) sign, they say: "Why have you not brought it?" Say: "I only follow that which is revealed to me from my Lord. This Qur’ān is spiritual insight from your Lord, a True Source of the Enlightenment and Mercy for a people who live a life of Genuine Faith.

If you don’t bring a fresh sign, such unmindful people say, “If only you could choose one yourself!” Say: “I follow only what’s revealed to me by My Lord. These are deep insights from your Lord and guidance and kindness for the believers.

If you ˹O Prophet˺ do not bring them a sign ˹which they demanded˺, they ask, “Why do you not make it yourself?” Say, “I only follow what is revealed to me from my Lord. This ˹Quran˺ is an insight from your Lord—a guide and a mercy for those who believe.”

And if you do not bring them a sign they say: why did you not bring it about? Say: I only follow what has been revealed to me by my Lord. This is clear evidence from my Lord and a guidance and mercy for people who believe.

When you have no sūrah to give them, they say: ‘Have you not yet invented it?‘ Say: ‘I follow only what is revealed to me by my Lord. This Book is a veritable proof from your Lord, a guide and a blessing to true believers.‘

If you do not produce a miracle that they demand, they say, "Why not ask for it?" Say, "I simply follow what is revealed to me from my Lord." These are enlightenments from your Lord, and guidance, and mercy for people who believe.

When you [Prophet] do not produce a miracle for them, some [people] will say, "Why do not you seek to obtain it [from God]?" Say, "I only follow whatever is being revealed to me from my Lord. This [revelation] is a means of insight from your Lord and a guidance and grace onto people who will believe.

And if you do not bring a verse to them, they say, “Why don’t you contrive it.” Say, “I just only follow what is revealed to me from my Lord.” This is insights from your Lord, and guidance, and a mercy, for a kinfolk who believe.

When you do not produce a miracle that they demand, they say, "Why not ask God for it?" Say, "I simply follow and convey what is revealed to me from my Lord." These verses are the enlightening miracle from your Lord, the Guidance and Grace for those who accept them

And when you bring them not a revelation they say: Why do you not forge it? Say: I only follow what is revealed to me from my Lord; these are clear proofs from your Lord and a guidance and a mercy for a people who believe

And when thou bringest not to them a fresh Sign, they say, `Why hast thou not forged one?' Say, `I follow only that which is revealed to me from my Lord. These are clear proofs from your Lord and guidance and mercy for a people who believe.

And if you do not bring them a miracle, they say: "Why have you not put it together?" Say: "I only follow what is revealed to me from my Lord: This is (only) Light, (the Quran) from your Lord, and Guidance and Mercy for any who have Faith."

If you had not brought them any sign, they would (still) say: "Why didn´t you pick one out?" SAY: "I follow only what has been inspired in me by my Lord. These are insights from Your Lord, as well as guidance and mercy for folk who believe."

When you don’t bring them a verse, they say, “Why can’t you make one up?” Say, “I only follow what’s revealed to me by my Lord. This is insights from your Lord, guidance and mercy for a people who believe.”

If you do not produce a miracle for them, they say, 'Why don't you improvise one.' Say, 'I only follow what is inspired to me from my Lord.' These are insights from your Lord, and guidance, and mercy, for a people who believe

And when you, [O Muhammad], do not bring them a sign, they say, "Why have you not contrived it?" Say, "I only follow what is revealed to me from my Lord. This [Qur''an] is enlightenment from your Lord and guidance and mercy for a people who believe."

When you do not bring them a sign, they say, Why do you not invent one? Say, I follow only what is revealed to me by my Lord. This Book is an enlightenment from your Lord and a guide and mercy to true believers

If thou bring them not a revelation, they say: "Why hast thou not got it together?" Say: "I but follow what is revealed to me from my Lord: this is (nothing but) lights from your Lord, and Guidance, and mercy, for any who have faith."
