We afflicted Pharaoh’s people with drought and crop failure so they might take heed.

We inflicted Pharaoh's people with drought and crop failure, so that they might take heed.

We afflicted the people of Pharaoh with hard times and with poor harvest that they may heed

We afflicted Pharaohs people with shortages of food and famine so that they might take heed

We then afflicted Pharaoh's people with drought, and shortage of crops, that they may take heed.

We afflicted the people of Pharaoh with famine and dearth of everything that they might take heed

We seized Pharaoh's people with years of drought and scarcity of fruit so that they might remember

And We indeed seized Firawn's people with famine and reduction of fruits that they may be mindful.

For years We afflicted Pharaoh's people with shortages in food so that perhaps they would take heed

And we straitened Pharaoh's folk with famine and dearth of fruits, that peradventure they might heed

We inflicted years of drought and crop failure on Pharaoh’s people, so that they might take heed

And We certainly took Pharaoh’s people by famine and shortage of produce, so that they may take notice.

And certainly We overtook Firon's people with droughts and diminution of fruits that they may be mindful

And We afflicted Pharaoh's people with years of draught and scarcity of fruits, that they might take heed

And WE afflicted Pharaoh's people with years of draught and scarcity of fruits, that they might take heed

And certainly, We seized Pharaoh's people with the years and scarcity of fruits, perhaps they may remember;

Then seized We Pharaoh's people with years of dearth, and scarcity of fruits, that haply they might remember

We afflicted the clan of ‘Pharaoh’ with years of draught and scarcity of fruits, that they may be mindful.

We gripped Pharaoh's household with years [of trial] and a shortage of fruit so they might bear it in mind.

We afflicted the clan of Pharaoh with years of draught and scarcity of fruits so that they might be mindful.

For years there was a drought, We caused crop failure for Pharaoh’s people, hopeful they might reflect

And We afflicted the people of Pharaoh with barren years, and with shortage of crops, that they may take heed

We punished the people of Pharaoh with years [of drought] and scarce crops, so perhaps they would take heed.

Certainly We afflicted Pharaoh’s clan with droughts and loss of produce, so that they may take admonition

We punished the people of Pharaoh with years of drought and shortness of crops, that they might take the advice

And We indeed seized Pharaoh’s folk with drought and reduction in the produce so that perhaps they may remember.

And We did seize Pharaoh's people with years of drought and loss in agricultural produce that they may take heed

We afflicted Pharaoh‘s people with years of famine and dearth of fruitfulness, so that they might reflect.

And certainly We overtook Pharaoh’s people with droughts and diminution of fruits that they might be mindful

And We afflicted the people of Pharaoh with years of drought, and a shortage in crops, perhaps they would remember.

And assuredly We laid hold of the people of Fir'awn with lean years and lack of fruits, that haply they might dread

We had overtaken Pharaoh's people with the years (of dearth) and scarcity of fruits, that haply they might remember

We seized Pharaoh´s people with years of drought and scarcity of fruits so that hopefully they would pay heed.

And We indeed afflicted the House of Pharaoh with drought and a shortage of crops, that haply they would be reminded

Already had we chastised the people of Pharaoh with dearth and scarcity of fruits, that haply they might take warning

We punished the people of Pharaoh with years (of droughts) and shortness of crops; that they might receive admonition

And, certainly, We took the people of Pharaoh with years of diminution of fruits, so that perhaps they will recollect.

And We previously afflicted the family of Pharaoh with years of drought and lack of fruit so that they would remember.

And We seized the people of Pharaoh with years of famine and poor production of fruits, so that they may learn a lesson

We gripped Pharaoh´s household with years [of trial] and a shortage of fruit so they might bear it in mind.

And no doubt, We seized the people of Firawn with years of dearth and scarcity of fruits, haply they may accept admonition.

And most certainly did We overwhelm Pharaoh's people with drought and scarcity of fruits, so that they might take it to heart

And surely We punished people of Pharaoh with years (of drought) and shortness of fruits (crops), so that they might remember.

Indeed, We afflicted Pharaoh’s people with famine and shortage of crops so they might come back ˹to their senses˺.

And We had certainly punished the pharaoh´s people with drought, and the dearth of food and fruit. Perhaps they would heed

And We, surely, seized Pharaoh's followers with years of drought and scarcity of fruits and children so that they might take heed

And We certainly seized the people of Pharaoh with years of famine and a deficiency in fruits that perhaps they would be reminded

And indeed We seized the people of Firaun with a famine of several years and with reduction of fruits, so that they may follow advice

And indeed, We punished the people of Firon (Pharaoh) with years (of drought) and shortness of crops; That they might listen to guidance

And certainly We seized (the) people (of) Firaun with years (of famine) and a deficit of [the] fruits so that they may receive admonition

We have certainly seized the people of Pharaoh with years of famine and deficiency in produce that perhaps they would reflect on its reason.

And We had taken Pharaoh's family with the years (drought), and reduction (deficiency) from the fruits, maybe/perhaps they mention/remember

And We have taken the Pharaoh’s folk with the lunar years of famine, and with the shortage of the fruitage, perhaps they might be remembering.

Then We seized the people of Pharaoh with (the torment of) some years (of famine) and a scarce yield of fruits, so that they might be admonished

We punished Pharaoh´s people with the years (of drought) and scarcity of fruit or crops), that per chance (or possibly) they might remember

And indeed We punished the people of Firaun (Pharaoh) with years of drought and shortness of fruits (crops, etc.), that they might remember (take heed)

And indeed We already took the house of Firaawn (to task) with years (of dearth), and diminution of products, that possibly they would constantly remember

Then I subjected the Pharaoh's people to several years of drought and famine (giving them thus a respite out of mercy) so that they may come to their senses

And We certainly seized the family (the court and military aristocracy) of the Pharaoh with years of famine and scarcity of corps, so that they might reflect and be mindful

And indeed, We involved the followers of Fir’aun with years (of drought) and decreased flow of fruits so that they might be reminded (towards the Book of Allah) and they might remind others (to it)

The unjust system of Pharaoh and his people began to waver (7:94). When Our Requital struck them with famine, and scanty crop (they found themselves ill prepared for the relief efforts). They should have stopped to think
