Quran 7 : 108
And he drew out his hand and suddenly it (was) white for the observers.
وَنَزَعَ
Wanazaʿa
يَدَهُۥ
Yadahu
فَإِذَا
Faiidhā
هِىَ
Hiāa
بَيْضَآءُ
Bayḍaaʾu
لِلنَّٰظِرِينَ
Lilnnaāẓirīna
He pulled out his hand and it was white for all to see.
He took out his hand, and it was white to the beholders.
And he pulled out his hand and it could be seen as white.
Then he drew out his hand, and it was white to all who saw it
And He pulled out his hand, so it was white to the onlookers.
And He pulled out his hand, and it was white to the onlookers
Then he drew out his hand and it was luminous to the onlookers
and he drew out his hand, and lo! it was white to the beholders
And he drew out his hand, and lo! It was white to the beholders
and he drew out his hand, and it was luminous for the onlookers

The strength of his conviction shone bright to those present (20:17-21)

next he pulled his hand out from his cloake, and it looked white to the onlookers
And he drew forth his hand then lo! it was shining white (-blemishless) for the beholders
He pulled out his hand (from his shirtfront), and imagine, it was white to the onlookers!
And putting his hand in his bosom, withdrew it - so it shone brightly before the beholders
And he drew out his hand; thereupon it was white [with radiance] for the observers
And he drew out his hand. That is when it was shimmering white to the ones who look.

And he removed/pulled his hand, so then it is white to the lookers/watchers . (DOES THIS MEAN THAT MOSES WAS A BLACK MAN?
And he drew forth his hand (from his armpit after placing it therein), it was glittering white in the eyes of the beholders.
